Health forces sale of 1953 PA22/20. Acquired this plane in 1993 and with it attended most club conventions since
KLSE, including Anchorage In 2001. It has been flown regularly and always hangared. The oil has been consistently
changed at 25 hour intervals. The 0 -290D2 engine was replaced in 2017 with a freshly overhauled 0 -320A2B which
now has over 900 hours SMOH. The 0/H is thoroughly documented. Aircraft was only used as a two seater for my
wife and me providing the performance and utility we wanted. The rear seats of course will go with the sale. The
2014 weight and balance report lists the empty weight as configured as 1,049.0 pounds. Navigation is provided with
an Apple IPad mini and mount with a Garmin Pilot subscription as well as a backup Garmin 660 & mount. A Garmin
radio is installed. An ACK350 encoder & a KT76 transponder is installed. There is a wingtip uavionics adsb on the
left wingtip. Scott 8 inch tailwheel, Sensenich recently overhauled prop, 50 amp alternator, plane-power voltage
regulator, sky-tek starter, two Bendix mags, one with impulse coupling, light weight Hawker battery, stainless steel
exhaust & muffler & tail pipe, M20 air/oil separater. Bogart copper cables, sealed lift struts, Garmin GSB-15 dual usb
ports, panel mounted chart box, Brackett air filter assembly, EBC ELT, Oil cooler moved to rear of left rear baffle,
Teflon Oil & Fuel hoses, Airforms engine cooling baffles. Airframe recovered 2014. Rocker arm cover spring loaded anti leak devices.
